Engineering & Operations

Built and run by SPUR.

The SPUR Campus Data Center is built and operated to the same standard across the network - efficient cooling, Canadian data residency, audited controls and Blackwell-class GPUs, owned and run end to end by SPUR.

Efficient cooling, heat reused

Free-air and liquid cooling keep efficiency high. The heat that is left over is not dumped to the sky, it is piped into co-located greenhouses and vertical gardens, turning compute waste heat into food.

Canadian data residency

Every byte stays on Canadian soil. PIPEDA-aligned. Quebec sites are Law 25 ready. No US CLOUD Act exposure - tenants who need sovereign Canadian compute get it without compromise.

Engineered to SOC 2 / PCI-DSS / ISO 27001

Every SPUR site is engineered to meet and exceed SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS v4.0 and ISO 27001:2022 control requirements. Control documentation available under NDA.

Owned and operated by SPUR

SPUR owns the sites, SPUR runs the floor. 24/7 monitored, controlled physical access, encrypted overlay mesh between sites, daily cross-site backup of production data.

Blackwell-class GPUs

NVIDIA B300, B200, H200, H100 and RTX Pro. Hourly and reserved-monthly pricing. SSH, Jupyter, vLLM, Ollama and ComfyUI templates ready on day one.

Tour a site. Reserve capacity.

Whether you need a few racks of colocation or a multi-megawatt build, the path starts the same way. One message, one tour, one conversation.
